Menstruation Hygiene - A common topic - A recall

Menstruation is one of the integral process of women’s body & life journey. During menstruation; a women’s body deserves utmost attention and self-care. Maintaining appropriate hygiene and taking good diet during menses is the key to ease the pain a women’s body go through.
❣️
Sharing few hygiene tips to promise yourself healthy and happy periods.
❣️
1. Change the sanitary napkin every 4-6 hours
2. Wash yourself properly & keep yourself clean & dry
3. Don't use soap or body wash on vagina
4. Dispose of the sanitary napkin properly
5. Choose & Stick to one type of sanitation – don’t mix two technologies- e.g. sanitary pad & tampon at a time.
❣️
To continue the topic-I would like to introduce a @sochgreen Reusable Period Panty which is not like any other regular cotton panty because it is made with super soft cotton fabric which has an absorbent, leakproof panel built in to absorb menstrual fluid and mild urine leakages to keep you dry all day.
❣️
💗The panty allows you to replace any disposable menstrual or urine leakage products you might be using for every day, during your period, or for light bladder leakage.
💗Material- The panty is made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex.
💗Absorbent Pad: is sewn into the panty, contains absorbent microfiber layer and a leakproof layer.
💗The Insert Pad: It is optional/detachable pad, made of an outer layer of 100% combed cotton, inner absorbent microfiber layer and DOES NOT have leakproof layer.
💗It keep you dry and comfortable all day long. The panty can be used just as it is, or with an insert that comes along with the panty which customizes the absorbency to fit your flow.
💗A single Period panty can be used for entire day without staining clothes- depending upon flow. Moreover it can be washed and reused for at least 150-200 times. So it is environment friendly as well.
❣️
It is available on @amazondotin at reasonable price.
