I have been hearing the drawback of getting into C-section to deliver baby.
It had to opt for C-section from very first day I had undergone ultrasound to find out about twins.
The major setback of postpartum for me is joint & back pains. It was severe that I could not be able to carry even a single child in arms more than 5 mins.
There was massage time after delivery which gave relief to certain extent. Now when I am back to work; managing both work & house simultaneously; it has forced me to opt for regular specialized massage from experts.
I understand it is an expensive affair but certainly health comes first. During my physiotherapy session- my doc suggested me to use Compress Potli at home which is like Traditional Ayurveda Hot Compress Pouch or Potli contains vital Ayurvedic Herbs like Alsi, Nirgundi, Neem Patra, Turmeric etc ; it helps in case of chronic pain when used as hot compress on the body.
While I look for readymade potli (just to avoid hassles to collect ayurvedic ingredients & prepare one at home); I have bought one from amazon along with pain relief oil. @bluenectar was a perfect choice in the category. They can’t be wrong with the quality of ingredients.
